These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Adrenaline Muay Thai member and staff platform available at adrenalinemt.uk (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Adrenaline Muay Thai (Grimsby, United Kingdom). Contact us at [email protected].
To create a member account you must provide accurate contact details and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Access to certain classes, personal training and passes is subject to a current, active gym membership. We may suspend or terminate access if fees are unpaid, if the safety of members or coaches is at risk, or if these Terms are materially breached.
Recurring membership payments are collected by direct debit through our payment processor, GoCardless. By setting up a mandate you authorise the amount agreed for your chosen plan to be debited on the stated schedule. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your membership at any time via the member portal or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing. Refunds are not given for partial months or unused sessions except where required by law.
Muay Thai is a full-contact combat sport. Training with us involves striking, clinching, sparring and physical conditioning, all of which carry an inherent risk of injury. Before you first train you must complete our liability waiver and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). You confirm that you are physically fit to train and will inform a coach of any medical condition, injury or medication that may affect your ability to do so safely.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, comments, waiver signature). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Service for its normal operation. You can delete your content or request removal at any time.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights we will notify you by email or through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for the use of the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the most recent change took effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
